• Alabama state sales tax will be applied to your total and a refundable $100 damage deposit will be added to all invoices

• The damage deposit will be refunded to you within 24 hours of your party, if no damage is sustained. Additional damage beyond $100 will be the responsibility of the client

• A 50% deposit secures your date and theme

• Final payment is due 14 days before your event

• We accept cash, check, Venmo, Cash App & Apple Pay.

• We do not refund cancellations, but will gladly work with you to reschedule your date due to emergencies

• All furniture must be moved out of the way before we arrive for setup. (For insurance reasons, we are not allowed to move your furniture.) Homes must be non-smoking homes, no exceptions.

• Each tent requires a space of 85” depth and 45” width. See common tent configurations HERE to gauge your space.
