FAQ’s

What’s included in the price?

Let’s start with the hard work, which we do it all! We deliver, setup, style each tent or teepee with the following: mattress, mattress cover, fitted sheet, comfy blanket, bed tray and lantern. The following day we will pick up, launder, disinfect the items rented. Please refer to our pricing to see what’s included in each standard package.

Are there travel fees?

We deliver within 20 miles of Hoover, 35244. Anything outside of 20 miles will have an additional travel fee. Please contact us for details. We reserve the right to decline due to distance.

How Do I Book A Sleepover?

You can either book through the site here, or you can feel free to go the contact us section and leave us your information and one of our glamp artist’s will reach out to you as soon as possible. Please remember, your party has not been booked until your deposit has been paid and contract signed.

Is there a deposit and when does the remaining balance need to be paid?

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days PRIOR to your sleepover. Failure to pay 14 days prior will result in immediate cancellation of your party. Your party is not booked until your deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed. You may add additional tents if they are available up to 48hrs before your sleepover, however tents can not be subtracted after the initial booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Glamping Around does not offer any refunds for cancellations. However events can be rescheduled in the case of emergencies. If you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer you the next available date.

What is the refundable damage deposit for?

Glamping Around requires a damage deposit to cover the cost of damaged, lost and/or broken items that are included in your package. We ask that each sleepover be enjoyed with care. We ask that glampers refrain from using paints, markers, nail polish, makeup, slimes or any liquids that may permanently stain or damage the tents or teepee’s. The damage deposit is $100.00. If no damages are confirmed, the security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of checkout. Any lightly damaged or stained property (deemed still useable) will result in a $100.00 cleaning fee for each item. Any severely damaged, lost or stolen items will result in a fee equal to its replacement. If rental equipment is not available at time of pick-up, Glamping Around reserves the right to charge for an additional night of rental.

What type of payment do you accept?

Currently, Glamping Around accepts Cash, check, Venmo, Cash App & Apple Pay. But as always cash is king :)

Is there an age requirement?

Glamping Around ask’s that all glampers be at least 5 years of age or older.

Does Glamping Around stay and host the party?

While we would love to stay and party all night with you, we do not stay and host the party but we do ensure everything is set up and just as you need it.

How long can we keep the tents/teepees?

Our standard package is for one nights rental. Each additional night is $30 per tent/per night if available. One nights rental is equal to 18 hours.

How much space is required?

Each set up is approximately 4 feet wide by 7.5 feet deep (to accommodate the twin air mattress). Most clients will want to leave and additional 1-2 feet for a walkway in front of the tents. See our tent configuration page for more details.

Can the tents be set up outside?

As of right now, Glamping Around only offers indoor friendly tents.

What about my pets?

Glamping Around LOVES pets, however we ask that your sleepover is for human guests only. Please be mindful of keeping your pets clear when we arrive on site to set up your sleepover and we ask that you do your best to keep your pets free from the sleepover area. It’s our experience that having pet’s around the tents increases the chance of accidents and damages.

How are the tents and bedding being cleaned?

Our tents and bedding are washed with a fragrance free, hypoallergenic detergent after each use. Trays and other accessories are cleaned and disinfected. Glamping Around encourages each and every guest to bring their own sleeping pillow and blanket for hygiene and comfort reasons. Glamping Around provides one sheet and blanket and can not assure comfort in each situation.

What is your COVID-19 policy?

We respect peoples decisions based on their own beliefs and are happy to accommodate each situation. While our crews are not required to wear masks or social distance, we do want to honor our clients requests. We ask that you let us know within 48 hours of your setup if you would like our crew to “mask up”.

After each sleepover, every tent will be disinfected and all bedding will be washed. Additionally, each accessory is thoroughly disinfected.

We ask that if you are feeling ill or have become symptomatic, that you contact our Glamping Around team before their arrival. We can appropriately social distance to setup as well as take proper precautions in removal.
